Toolholders

High Tech Tool maintains one of the most modern and complete toolholder manufacturing facilities in the region.

Our CNC toolholders are designed and manufactured utilizing the Carboloy “NL” Lock Pin* along with a low profile clamp as standard features.

Both standard and special tool holders, cartridges, and bars are designed at High Tech Tool. The variety ranges from the most simple to the most complex multipoint systems. High Tech Tools’ advantage in the tool-holder market is that we have the ability to design and furnish both the tool holder and the insert to meet the customer’s requirements.

Holders and bars are made of medium carbon alloy steel and heat treated to 42 Rockwell “C”.
